Every time a precure grows too old to fight, a successor is chosen to take their place, to be trained under their wing. This's the story of five kids, a brother and sister, a nervous future leader, a timid dancer, and an aspiring kimono maker.
The Smile Successors[]
Mika Oozora/ Cure Joy; Micah/ Glitter Joy-[]
The apprentice of Cure Happy, Mika's the the youngest of the cures, at 7- and is very nervous to someday become a leader. Her outfit is very frilly, a bubble skirt in place of the regular one, but still looks like the standard Smile uniform. She has dark skin, freckles, plum hair in her civilian form, and magenta in her Cure form.
Jasmine "Jazz" Light/ Cure Ember[]
Jazz is the apprentice of Cure Sunny, and is darn proud of it! She may seem a little headstrong, but wants to make Akane proud. As Cure Ember, her chestnut hair turns into a fiery orangish red, tied into a small high ponytail.
