Pretty Cure Moon Crystal Power, Make Up! (プリキュアムーンクリスタルパワー、メークアップ Purikyua Mūn Kurisutaru Pawā, Mēku Appu?) is Usagi's transformation phrase for Crystal Power, her second-basic form.

Sequence[]
Usagi opens her Pretty Planet Compact and says, "Pretty Cure..." She inserts her Luminous Link into the compact and shouts, "Moon Crystal Power, Make Up!" The Link glows and feathers shoot out of the compact, fly all around Usagi, and cover her torso. She has wings form from the feathers and the wings leave her torso as ribbons cover her torso to form her main piece of her costume but without the collar, belt, and skirt. She puts her hands in front of her and feathers cover her arms and the feathers fly off her arms to reveal her gloves/covers but in the form of ribbons. Feathery-ribbons cover her lower torso down to her feet. Her shoes form then her shorts, skirt, and finally her belt with her pack. She grabs her compact and more feathers fly out and surround her chest up to the ends of her hair. She closes the compact and puts it in her pack on her hip. The feathers on her chest and shoulders turn into ribbons and shines into her collar. The feathers dissolve into her hair and her hair turns blond and becomes longer. Her final touches such as her tiara and earrings appear and she does her final speech and pose.
