Riku thanked the girls for their support before taking off, saying she needed to go pick up her little brother. Meanwhile,disguised as PE teacher Masaki Dukori, Meijuro begins to take an interest in Nico, thinking that the selfish young girl would make a fine Kagemaru. |

The girl from before, Rei Nenshō, didn't trust her but the woman managed to weasel her way in by appealing to her grandfather Daigo's traditionalist ways. Later Rei noticed her grandfather begin acting strange as well as uncharacteristically cruel to both her and her mother.... |

During a private training session Ran and her grandmother are suddenly ambushed by Hebisei and a squad of Magatsuhi and put under a sleeping spell. She then issues a challenge to the Precure, saying that she's hidden a cure somewhere in the dojo and if they can't find it by sundown then those two will never awaken again. However, they arrive to find Sakura Dojo is now surrounded by a thorny maze with a Dragon Kagemaru standing guard. Now with the help of Naru and Budo, Kasumi and the others must make it through Hebisei's traps and save their friends. |

Kaede explains that the other girl was Arashi Kaguya AKA Cure Tempest, a kind but mysterious girl who suddenly vanished without a trace not long before their final battle with Empress Yumihoshi 50 years ago. Before they could reflect on this, Kiyohime suddenly returned to attack the city again. The group goes out again to face her but.... |

The woman introduces herself as Sarutobi Setsuna and tells Kasumi that she’ll never be able to achieve her dream until she learns to hear the “voice of the ocean”. The blue shinobi’s resolve will soon be put to the test however when an Umibōzu Kagemaru appears and suddenly begins to drain the seas dry! |

They tell the girls that their training is almost complete but before they can become true masters they must first awaken the “warrior within”, adding that the team must figure out what that means on their own. While the others go on ahead, Kaguya stays behind to take the opportunity to catch up with her old friends, lamenting that because of her encounter with the Cursed Mask she was never able to truly master her powers the way the others did. Kareiwa, still obsessed with revenge suddenly launches a surprise attack on the former kunoichi while they’re out for a walk. With the other Precure not close by at the time it’s time to see if these old girls still have what it takes! |
