Higasa Kiyoko (Chelsea Ribbonhart in the English dub) is one of the two main Cures in Sweet Fashion Fad Pretty Cure. Her alter ego is Cure Lolita (Glitter Lolita in the English dub), and her catchphrase is "This is awesome (~dorima)!" Her true form is a 1 year-old Ninja Dragonet named Dreamy, being the nonhuman of the duo. Her Pretty Cure partner is Nuigurumi Gara.

Appearance
Dreamy has pastel pink skin with swirly lavender stripes and blue eyes. She has a popsicle-shaped gem in her forehead that emits a soft red glow in the dark.
As a human, she is a young girl with back-length salmon hair and chest-length forelocks. She casually wears a light pink t-shirt with a white skirt and purple shoes. Even as Kiyoko, her forehead gem remains. At first, her skin remained pink as Kiyoko, but with practice her skin color looks like a typical Japanese person.
As Cure Lolita, Kiyoko physically ages from 13 to 14 and grows slightly taller with her face looking more mature. Her hair turns pastel pink and is worn in partially curled ankle-length twintails. She has a fluffy long sleeved pastel pink dress with a three layered skirt that has a magenta bow. She has magenta shoes with small white bows, along with long socks. On the side of her head is a hairclip with a pink heart gem.
In Dream Lolita Style, an upgrade she gains in episode 35, her hair is even lighter pink and is worn in twin odango buns. Her dress becomes white and frilly with a pale pink chest bow that has a pink orb gem in the center and a three-layered skirt. Her shoes are fuzzy knee-length boots with a heart gem on each.
In Gothic Lolita Style, an upgrade she gains in episode 39, her dress is similar to Dream Lolita Style but is black and more jagged. Her boots are now high heels and her hair is black and worn in braids. Her popsicle gem becomes a darker shade of red.
Personality
Dreamy is happy and kindhearted. As a human, she loves fashion and trying on new outfits. In her normal form, her being 1 year old makes her about 10 in human years, so she is also quite inexperienced and rather shy. She ends her sentences with "-dorima" in her normal form.
Cure Lolita
Cure Lolita is the Pretty Cure alter ego of Kiyoko. She transforms with the PrePurse, the Style Cards, and the phrase "Fashionable decoration!" She can only transform together with Gara.
