- Hosekino Mayumi /Cure Bixbite (キュアビックスバイト Kyua Bikkusubaito) - She is a 13-years old middle schooler girl that absolutely loves gemstones and their kinds. She is the best friend of Jueruni Jitsuko and Tanjosekiteru Hozumi.
- Jueruni Jitsuko /Cure Tourmaline (キュアトルマリン Kyua Torumarin) - She is a 13-years old girl that is the best friend of Hosekino Mayumi and of princess Jemuhaeru Sayako. She is a smart student in Hōgyokushin Middle School, a teacher's pet. She is kind, sweet, and a little bit shy, but as she is getting more nearness with her best friends, her shyness began dissapearing.
- Princess Jemuhaeru Sayako (Purinsesu Jemuhaeru Sayako)/Cure Musgravite (キュアむすぐらびと Kyua Musugurabito) - She is the princess of the Gem Realm, but the beautiful kingdom was attacked by the Black Gems' team, that forced the girl to enter into the Earth planet, a tottaly different planet, for her. She first met Mayumi and Jueruni Jitsuko when she wakes up after being saved by Mayumi of drowning, along with Kuchowa and Boldina.
- Eigoseishin Rose (英語精神ローズ Eigoseishin Rōzu)/Cure Jadeite (キュアジェダイト Kyua Jedaito) - An england-born 14-years old girl, who's the student council president of Hōgyokushin Middle School.

- Kichona (貴重な Kichōna?) - A small and cute fairy that needs growing in hands of the Cures. She is the only thing that can help the Cures reanimate the Gemstone Guardians.
- Boldin (ボルディナ Borudin?) - An innocent fairy who is a friend of princess Sayako. He is sweet, brave, but timid.
