Flower Miracle Pretty Cure! (フラワーミラクルプリキュア！?) is a new series created by Chinatsu Kiseki where the series motifs are flowers, miracles and hope whilst the sub motifs are friendship and hearts.

Harumoto Hanamaru (春本はなまる?) - The lead cure of the series, Hanamaru is a sensitive and timid but warm-hearted girl who loves the beauty of nature and is rumoured to be one with nature. Her Pretty Cure alter ego is Cure Rosa (キュアローザ?), the miracle of the roses and kindness whose theme color is pink. She controls the power of light.
Mizuno Kumi (水野九海?) - A wise and intelligent 15-year old, Kumi is the eldest of the team and most mature. She is also the student council president of Shibana Academy and is also the head of the languages club. Her Pretty Cure alter ego is Cure Canpanilla (キュアカンパニーリャ?), the miracle of the bluebells and wisdom whose theme color is blue. She controls the power of water.
Kigawa Yui (黄川唯?) - Cold and stoic, Yui is an antisocial 14-year old who despises the idea of working in a team and doesn't seem to know the idea of friendship as she was always isolated as a child. Her Pretty Cure alter ego is Cure Narciso (キュアナルシソ?), the miracle of the daffodils and dreams whose theme color is yellow. She controls the power of the sun.
Shirozora Haruna (白空春南?) - An energetic but rather lonely girl, Haruna loves to have fun and is always full of life. However, due to her loneliness, she is actually a pretty timid girl in her true nature but prefers to keep an upbeat smile on her face. Her Pretty Cure alter ego is Cure Lirio (キュアリリオ?), the miracle of the lilies and hope whose theme color is white. She controls the power of snow.

Tulipán (チューリパン?) - The main mascot of the series, Tulipán is a serious citizen from Florare with a down to earth personality. She can also transform into a human called Tachibana Ami (立花あみ?).

Amamiya Mika (雨宮美華?) - Hanamaru's only friend, Mika is a kind and gentle but sensitive girl who has been best friends with Hanamaru ever since they were both 6 years old. She tends to call Hanamaru "Hana-chan" (はなゃん?).

- Floral Rings (フローラルリングズ?) are the main transformation items of the series in which use the phrase "Cure Flower Motion!" to allow their owners transform into their alter egos.

- Hanakawa-ju (花川区?) - The hometown of the cures and main setting of the series, Hanakawa-ju is a district south of Kyoto which is popular for it's flower gardens.
