A Friend is here☆ Cure Tropical Is Born! (友達がここにいます☆キュアトロピカルが誕生！ Tomodachi ga koko ni imasu ☆ Kyua Toropikaru ga Tanjō!?) is the 2nd episode of Rainbow Surprise♡Pretty Cure!.
Summary[]
The house that Skylar is operating had gotten some damage, so Skylar decided she'd try to repair it. At the same time, Skylar was secretly upset that she couldn't become a Pretty Cure as well. As if she heard her doubts, Diara appeared and was too tough for Charming to handle on her own. So Charming sends encouragement to Skylar. This helped give Skylar some courage that led to her debut as Cure Tropical!

- Skylar Mendes transforms into Cure Tropical for the first time. She also uses her attack, Tropical Boom, for the first time.
Synopsis[]
Skylar's house has landed in the middle of a forest. A voice says that the house is 92% damaged. Milky is amazed by the voice, and the house is still not fixed. Milky invites Skylar to her house, surprising her.
Meanwhile, in another area, Diara emerges from a lake that she was in so she could replenish her fluids. She reports to a spying girl that a Pretty Cure has appeared.
The next morning, Milky meets Skylar. Milky tells Skylar "good morning" and explains that it's an expression that Earthlings use to greet each other.
Milky has some juice and she returns home. However, she is stopped by Diara and an army of Shadowlets. Milky's RainPact glows, and with its power, she transforms into Cure Charming. Charming takes out a bunch of Shadowlets with an attack resembling Charming Hit. Meanwhile, Skylar tries to run away but she's stopped by Diara and trips. She summons a new RainPact and red MystKeys. Skylar is elated, and she uses the two items to transform into Cure Tropical.
The Shadowlets charge, but Tropical defeats them by booming them with her bombs. She unleashes her new attack: Tropical Boom. This electrical boom injures Diara so she and the Shadowlets teleport away.
Later, by the house, Milky's RainPact glows. The outside of the pact spins around, scaring Skylar.
