The Dream Rings are the Cures' transformation accessory in Aesthetic Dreams Pretty Cure. They have heart-shaped ring with a star gemstone. Each gemstone gradient have a color depends on each Cure: Ruby and Opal for Cure Cosmic, Sapphire and Amethyst for Cure Horizon, Topaz and Amber for Cure Zenith, and Emerald and Quartz for Cure Summit. The Cures must speak the phrase Stars! Make Me Shine! (スター！私を輝かせてください！, Stars! Make Me Shine!^?) to start their transformation.

Moreover, the legendary Cures have formerly used the Dream Rings after these are being corrupted. Amber and Garnet for Cure Sunrise and Amethyst and Tanzanite for Cure Moonset.
