Esashi Kiseki (江刺奇跡?) was one of the main antagonists of Precious♥Hearts Pretty Cure! and the first of Kuromine's generals to attack the cures. Sylvia is extremely sinister and dark, in which is due to her parents abandoning her as a child only to be taken in by Kuromine and infused with dark powers. It is later revealed that Kuromine killed her parents in a car crash.
After discovering that Kuromine actually killed her parents in a car crash and becoming Cure Sympathy, Kiseki is much more kinder than when she was Sylvia and is more open to her true feelings and emotions.
In episode 24, she becomes Cure Sympathy (キュアシンパシー?), the heart of the moon of kindness whose theme color is purple.

As Sylvia, Sylvia had long wavy purple hair with a red ombré and has pupiless grey eyes. Her wear consisted of a sleeveless purple dress with pale purple ruffles lining the top and bottom. Her shoes were dark amethyst.

Sylvia is a Latin name that means "from the forest". This could imply that Kuromine's hideout is located within a forest.
Esashi (江刺?) means "bay thorn" with 江 (Kō?) meaning "bay" and 刺 (Toge?) meaning "thorn".
Kiseki (奇跡?) means "miracle".
Cure Sympathy means "the sharing of one's emotions".
