Dream Cards are items that appear when a Naitomea is purified. They come in different colours of the rainbow and on the left side, there is a crescent moon. There are some special cards which activate special abilities when inserted into the Crescent Box:
- The Moonlight Card
-Cure Crescent's transformation item
The design on the left side of the card is a full moon.
- The Wing Card
-Gives the cures' wings
The design on the left side of the card is a pair of wings.
- The Dimension Card
-The cures can travel to the Moonlight Kingdom with it
The design on the left side of the card is a drawing of the palace of the Moonlight Kingdom.
- The Crescent Card
-Used for Cure Crescent's attacks
The design on the left side of the card is a picture of the Crescent Box.
- The Meteor Card
-Summons Cure Crescent's weapon, the Meteor Bow
The design on the left side of the card is the Meteor Bow.
