Satomi Maizono (舞園さとみ Maizono Satomi) was the original Pretty Cure of Wisdom from Fairytale Pretty Cure!. She was a mature and responsible girl who had an old soul and had a strong sense of morals. She was the original user of the Sapphire Violin and fought Dead End one-hundred-years-ago and had to sacrifice her powers to imprison him. Her fairy partner was Sen. Her teammates were Cure Fantasia, Cure Mystic, and Cure Cherish.
Satomi's alter ego is Cure Sage (キュアセージ Kyua Sēji), the former Pretty Cure of Wisdom, Cure Mythical's predecessor.
History[]
Along with her team, Cure Sage helped build Fanciful Kingdom and protected everyone. One day, Dead End came out of the shadows and Cure Sage and her team were unable to defeat him. They're only other choice was to imprison him so he can't hurt anyone. Cure Sage and the rest of the Pretty Cure gave up their powers to do so.

Not much is known about Cure Sage's appearance, only that her theme colour was cyan.
Personality[]
Cure Sage was a girl who possessed an old soul and had a strong sense of maturity, responsibility, and justice. She was a very stoic and prideful girl, putting her feelings aside for the sake of others and rarely lets her true emotions shows, but when she feels someone is in the wrong, she will reveal her powerful temper. Knowing what is wrong and right, Cure Sage knows that the right thing to do was to sacrifice her powers to protect the people she loves.
Etymology[]
Satomi: (怜) means "wise", (美) means "beauty", which reflects her being the former Pretty Cure of Wisdom
Maizono: (舞) means "dance", (園) means "garden"
Cure Sage means wise or spiritual/wise teacher.
