Akimitsu Kazumi (明光和美?) is the lead cure of Crystal Voice Pretty Cure♫. Kazumi is an energetic and clumsy girl who tends to get into trouble with the student council due to often yet unintentionally breaking school rules. Despite her energetic nature, Kazumi is pretty forgetful and doesn't usually get high grades in her studies. She is, however, a girl full of hope and never gives up.
Her Pretty Cure alter ego is Cure Tone, the crystal voice of hope whose theme colour is blue. She controls the power of light and is represented by the lapis lazuli.

Cure Tone (キュアトーン?) is the Pretty Cure alter ego of Kazumi who controls the power over light while being represented by the lapis lazuli. She is the crystal voice of hope.
In order to transform, Kazumi requires her Crystal Compact in addition to her respective Crystal Note and having to shout "Pretty Cure, Shining・Crystal・Singing!". Her main purification attack is Tone Lumiere.

- She is the first lead cure to have the theme colour of blue.
- However, she is the second lead cure to not have pink as her theme colour after Cure Black, who had black as her theme colour.
